MANGO SORBET
Frozen fruit sorbets are a delicious treat to cool down as the weather heats up and being lighter than cream-based desserts, they are waistline and vegan-friendly! No ice cream churn required! Mangoes will blend to a naturally-creamy consistency but you can add almond or coconut milk as your liquid, especially if using a standard food blender. Hot tip: spoon the mixture into a pre-frozen container to help it freeze quicker and prevent icicles.
