How To Shop
Welcome to Aveda Online. Shopping is easy, convenient, and secure.
Step One:
Select the quantity of product you wish to purchase (up to eight [8] of any single item).
Step Two:
Click on "Add to Bag" to place the product in your shopping bag.
Step Three:
Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change the contents of your shopping bag during checkout.
Once your order has been submitted, we cannot change, add to or cancel an online order.
After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed and your order number will be provided.
An email confirming receipt of your order will arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us at 1800 292 069 for assistance. For fastest service, please have your order number available.
We also take Phone Orders. Call 1800 292 069 (Aus only) to speak to a customer service representative.
Placing an Order
You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Site. You will be offered the opportunity to review your proposed order and confirm or correct it prior to finally placing your order.
You place your order request for goods from Aveda Australia Online by clicking on the Submit button at the end of the on-line order process. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot change, add to or cancel an online order once payment has been received.
Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card or PayPal / AfterPay account. This is not an order acceptance from Aveda Australia Online.
Order Acceptance
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the cancellation section of the Site, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the returns policy.
We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of the Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) or if we identify a product or pricing error.
If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this, unless we suspect fraudulent activity, in which case no notification will be given.
Selecting Colour Online
This site is best viewed with Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher and a minimum monitor resolution of 1024x768. Please note that monitors display colours differently based upon their settings.
Item Availability
TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, please click the "Notify Me" button on the product page and enter your email. You will then be notified via email once the item is back in stock in our warehouse.
Maximum Purchase Policy
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than eight (8) units of the same item with a maximum purchase of fourteen (14) items per customer per order. Orders exceeding these limits will not be accepted and are subject to cancellation upon written notice. In addition, we are unable to accept more than 3 orders per day from each customer. REDEEMING OFFER CODES
Steps for Redeeming Offer Codes:
- Enter your offer code on the "Payment" page or the "Review Your Order" page.
- Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear.
- When you click "APPLY" The offer will be applied to your order.
- When an offer code is accepted, the offer will be displayed in the "Payment Summary".
- Important Note: One (1) offer code may be used per order.
GIFT WRAP
Gift orders always receive special care at Aveda Australia Online. We will be happy to create a beautiful gift package and include a note card with your personal message.
If you wish to have your Aveda Australia Online order packaged as a gift, simply click on the "Gift-Wrap" option during "Checkout". If you wish to include your personal message, please enter it in the text box provided.
Please note: Multiple items within a single gift order will be presented as one gift package.
SALES TAX & DELIVERY CHARGES
All prices indicated for products available via Aveda Australia Online are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges (if applicable).
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered (inclusive of GST) plus delivery charges (if applicable). Delivery charges will be included where applicable and will be included in the total amount of the order. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment Options section below, and payment will be debited and cleared from your account as set out in the Payment section.
Please note for our New Zealand customers, all prices on our site are displayed in Australia Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australia Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
